FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does the Halloween mini session last?
Its time slot lasts between 15-20 minutes from the scheduled start time. You and your family will be the ONLY guests in the studio during your time. Arrive early and wait in the parking lot to ensure your full 15 minutes in the studio. Unless you have more than two children, we have found that 15 minutes is enough.
Will we get the digital files?
Yes! You will receive your online gallery of more than 10 downloadable high-resolution images with a personal print release to share with friends and family!
Do you grant all rights to all images?
Hoyos Foto Estudio will retain all copyrights, meaning you are not allowed to alter the images, sell them, or submit them to publications or contests without prior approval. However, you can print as many copies as you wish at any establishment or at home.
Where do you suggest we print our photos?
All clients can order both prints and canvases directly from our studio through the web app! I would hate for your investment to be ruined by using a non-professional and low-quality printing lab. I've seen the comparisons, and they simply don't match what my printing lab offers. I highly recommend ordering prints from your private gallery to preserve color and quality!
Where are the sessions held?
The Halloween Mini Sessions take place in our photography studio. The studio is located at calle Mayantigo 31, Urbanización Acorán, Santa Cruz de Tenerife in a private residence.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Of course, you can bring whatever you want for the photo session, and we will do our best to create customized settings, which is why it's important to specify what the costume is when you book your appointment.
Is this a family session or just for kids?
Just for kids!
What should my kids wear?
Their Halloween costume! They should arrive ready for the photo since we schedule sessions every 30 minutes to have all the time for taking photos.
Do I need to book a different time slot for each of my children?
No, not at all! However, if you have more than two children, we highly recommend booking two consecutive time slots to ensure enough time for each child.
