Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the Halloween mini session last?
Your session lasts 15-20 minutes from the scheduled start time. You and your family will be the ONLY guests in the studio during your time. Please arrive early and wait in the parking lot to ensure you have your full 15 minutes in the studio. Unless you have more than two children, we've found that 15 minutes is sufficient.
Will we get the digital files?
Yes! You'll receive your online gallery of over 10 downloadable high-resolution images with a personalized print release to share with friends and family!
Do they grant all rights to all images?
Hoyos Foto Estudio will retain all copyrights, which means you are not allowed to alter the images, sell them, or submit them to publications or contests without prior approval; however, you may print as many copies as you want at any establishment or at home.
Where do you suggest we print our photos?
All customers can order both prints and canvases directly from our studio through our web app! I would hate for your investment to be ruined by using an unprofessional, low-quality print lab. I've seen the comparisons, and they simply don't match what my print lab offers. I highly recommend ordering prints from our private gallery to preserve color and quality!
Where are the sessions held?
Halloween Mini Sessions take place in our photo studio. The studio is located at Calle Mayantigo 31, Urbanización Acorán, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in a private residence.
Can I bring my decorations?
Of course, you can bring whatever you want for the photo shoot. We will do our best to create suitable settings, so it's important that you specify what the costume is at your appointment.
Is this a family session or just for children?
Just for kids!
What should my children wear?
Your Halloween costume! You must arrive ready for the photo as we schedule the sessions every 30 minutes, giving us plenty of time to take pictures.
Do I need to book a different time slot for each of my children?
No, not at all! However, if you have more than two children, we strongly recommend booking two consecutive time slots to ensure you have enough time for each child.
