Restoration of old or damaged photos
Restoration of old or damaged photos
As you know, photographs deteriorate over time, and if you don't keep the negatives or digital files, there's no way to make a decent copy. Scanning them can be a good option to preserve them at least in digital format, but the imperfections will still be there, and the scanning process slightly degrades the quality and color.
Restoring a photograph can be a long and tedious process, although each photograph is unique and each one will require a different approach.
Giving a second life to an old or damaged photo can be a bit expensive, but believe me when I say that seeing the face of your parents or grandparents after you have "magically" fixed that beloved photo of theirs is priceless; they will appreciate it more than anything you could give them.
So you know what to do: get to work, find one of those treasures and do your magic! Bring them in and we'll recover them for future generations.
