HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
1. - Go to www.fotohoyos.es and view the photos in the "Galleries" menu
2. - Select your child's class and enter the code provided in the payment envelope
3.- Pay in cash using the envelope provided by the school

There are 2 types of packages: INDIVIDUAL or INDIVIDUAL WITH SIBLINGS
We do NOT offer packages for siblings only; these images are always
an add-on to the individual package.
We also offer the Christmas package.

NOTE: You can buy just one siblings’ package for one of your children, or one package for each child. It depends on how many printed sibling photos you’d like to give to your family.
- CHRISTMAS ADD-ON ... + €6
The Christmas add-on is an additional set of photos added to your order,
includes 6 Christmas postcards and 1 20 x 30 wall calendar.
NOTE: If we took sibling photos, we’ll use those images.
If you’d like to purchase the Christmas add-on, tick this box on the envelope and

This add-on cannot be purchased on its own or separately.
4.- Fill in the envelope with your child's details (if they aren't already printed on it)
5.- Put the money in the envelope (exact amount, no change given), seal it and hand it to the teacher

ORDERING COUNTDOWN
Why do I have to pay an extra €5 if I don't place my order within the specified period?
School photo packages cost much less than they would at our studio. We keep prices down by reducing the cost of the photo session and producing the photos in batches. Orders placed outside the batch are treated as individual orders and incur additional production costs.
For example:
1.- Photos discarded because no order was placed by the deadline must be retrieved from the server and printed individually by hand
2.- Calendars, magnets, school ID cards and various package items must be made by hand
3.- Among many other details that can lead to errors
How do we take the photos?
School photography is an annual keepsake we create for schools, capturing your children as they grow and letting you follow their progress year after year.
- We photograph each child, taking the time they need to relax and give us their best expression.
- We provide a selection with 2 different images.
- We take studio-quality photos, printed on premium photographic paper and color-checked for quality.
SIBLING PHOTO
Why do sibling photos cost an additional €6?
To offer sibling portraits at your school, we need an additional day of work, which involves extra costs. Given the current increases in materials, wages, and social security contributions, we can’t absorb these costs or pass them on to families who don’t have sibling photos.
We do our best to provide 2 different images of each group of siblings, so each family gets, in addition to the individual photos, a lovely keepsake of their children at every stage of their school life.
INCLUDES: 2 15x20 photos and 4 5x7 wallet-size photos.
You can order 1 sibling pack for each of your children or just for one of them, depending on how many copies you need.
There is no package exclusively for siblings. These photos are always an extra in the individual package, so this add-on cannot be purchased on its own or separately.
Why don't you offer a package exclusively for siblings?
School photography cannot be customised for every type of family. A school may have between 100 and 600 families, so it isn't feasible to offer a package just for siblings. We used to offer this, but each family wanted to customise their package to include a class group photo for each sibling and/or an individual photo, and some families have 2, 3 or more siblings. Although we take studio-style school portraits, we try to keep costs low. If we had to customise this type of package for every family, it would be much more expensive.
Can I get digital copies of the photos?
YES, they’re yours. Once the ordering period has ended, the galleries will open so you can download the photos.
The school will email you to let you know when they’re ready.
What is the Christmas add-on?
